Can I have a sample order?
Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
How to place bulk order?
1. Please let us know your requirements or application.
2. We will quote according to your requirements or our suggestions, and prepare samples for your confirmation.
3. Customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
4. The production will be conducted and deliver after finished.
What is the lead time of HAROLUX ?
Production time: samples need 3-5 working days. Bulk orders take 7-25 working days.
What is your payment term?
For sample orders, the payment term is T/T or Papal. For regular orders, it will be T/T 30% deposit and balance before shipment. Besides, we could offer flexible payment term up to 90 days against B/L date for long-term partners. We strive to support, partner and grow together with our customers.
How long is your responding time for my inquiry
Our team will reply your inquiry within 12 hours or less.
Is it OK to print my logo on the products?
Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-7 days to arrive, for air transportation it is 7-15 days, for sea shipping it is 15-25 days.
What is warranty for HAROLUX products ?
We have 3 and 5 years warranty for different kinds of products. During the period, if customers have the approval showing product quality issues and if certified by HAROLUX engineers, we would request customers to ship back the failure parts and replace new items with the transportation charge being paid by us.
